Hotels are good hedge against inflation. My personal favorite location for luxury hotel is Ginza. Do you like 6396 (宇野澤組鐵工所) as a Ginza asset play at current price? 3289 is a shareholder. I wonder what they plan to do with the old Ginza apartment buildings of 6396 (convert to luxury condo or hotel).
Since you are a technical person, may I also ask if you like Omron or Nabtesco as robot stocks? Omron seems to have developed high speed sensors. QCOM says ADAS=network of sensors and that speed of sensors very important as it allows timely response to road conditions. Also do you like Gumi (mobile game) or 5423 (H-shaped steel beams for construction). Thanks.
