You write "the SEC gave GL guidance to consider whether to rectify the financial statements" in Japanese.

However, according to the SEC's news release, they clearly warn the company "to rectify its financial statements immediately", also note "If GL fails to rectify the financial statements, Form 56-1 and Form 56-2 promptly, it may be liable to violation of Section 56 of the Act."

Your explanation apparently causes misunderstanding by shareholders.
Did you deliberately pick these misleading words?
We think this is downright dishonest.

Moreover, according to EY's auditor report, the SEC ordered GL again on 16 January 2018 to correct the past financial statements.

Is this true?

We do not require comments on auditor's report, but would like to make sure that the SEC ordered the company again to correct F/S.

We think we definitely have the right to know the fact as shareholders.
