If we kept stocks until Aug/5th and Simplex already buyout over 66% of shares, I must sell it @ 45000? Why the buy/sell price is 44800/44850?
Do I need to open account? Or I just wait and Simplex could wire money to my Account directly which is my stock account? I am foreign investor and not eazy to open an account in Japan!
