ちょこっと解説♪
・「It is + 形容詞 + to 不定詞」、あるいは「It is + 形容詞 + that ～」で、「～であることは…だ」という意味を表します。「…」に価値判断を表す形容詞が入ります。

・1つ目の例文のnot to do は to 不定詞の否定形で「～しないこと」の意味です。

・It is naturalは「当然だ」という意味。No wonder she thinks that way. とも言えます。

・3つ目の例文は It is essential for every child to have the same educational opportunities. とも言えます。

・4つ目の例文は It is necessary that we find a reasonable compromise. と言うこともできます。

・inevitable のかわりに unavoidable も使ってもほぼ同じ意味になります。
