The basic performance is completely different!
The vacuum tube has been replaced by the transistor, but no matter how much the performance of the vacuum tube improves, it will never be as good as the transistor!
It is nonsense to compare a horse-drawn carriage with a steam locomotive, a gasoline car with a hydrogen/EV car.
The Ga₂O₃ (gallium oxide) semiconductor material will probably take 10 years to bloom.
But I don't think the stock price will take 10 years!
