この法案を作った議員のTwitterのタイムラインによると、先週の議会にUSPSのトップがきて、EV比率を既存入札の10%より高めたいなら3〜4 billionドル追加で必要と説明したそうです。
200兆円ばらまくのに比べれば大したことない措置なのか、もはや新たな追加支出を議会で通すのは困難なのか、どちらでしょうかね。。
