2. 購入価格から判断してMBOは成立するでしょう。
3. MBOが成立すれば、応募しない株式もMBO価格相当で強制買付されます。

1. If MBO failed after 2013/08/05, stock price will go up or down compared to 44500?
2. The shareholder of personal investment is around 68%, it seems it is difficult to buy out.
3. If we keep stocks after Aug/05, what happened?
4. If over 66% of buy out stock, based on JP regulation , company can force the other shareholder to sell their stock?
5. Simplex has good record within these 3 yesrs and seems it should be uptrend for JP market next year , why management level made "bad" financial forecast? The purpose is just lower down stock price to make MBO cost down?
Anyone could help to answer?
