The pkg consists of 4 bills that were voted on separately and will be combined into one before being sent to the Senate
The 1st 3 bills include $60B to help Ukraine and $26.4 billion to support Israel and $8.1B to counter China, and also includes Humanitarian aid for Gaza
The 4th bill would allow the sale of frozen assets of Russian oligarchs to help fund future aid to Ukraine
