↑あとはこれかな。引き締めとその効果がでるまでにはtime lagがあるって事も考慮していくよって記述。つまり利上げ幅縮小してしばらく様子見にするの？ってのを思わせるような記述。ここも少しdovishか。 take into account economic and financial developmentsだから、まあ引き締めで経済がやられ過ぎて経済成長が妨げられすぎるってのも心配してるって事だもんね。
