会計監査人の意見書には３つの重要な事項があります。
一つ目はGLのLoan Receivablesについての説明、
二つ目はGLの新しく買収したCCF買収価格についての説明、
そして三つ目はそれらの詳細を把握した上で、
GLの財務諸表が無限定適正であるという結論です。

②ＧＬのシンガポール子会社への融資は、3,477百万バーツ（約113億円）と大規模で、（未払利息282百万バーツ；合計3759百万バーツ、合計3759百万バーツ）
ＧＬの2016年12月31日現在の連結純資産の40パーセントに当たる。

③融資金額と期間について
期間内の3655百万バーツであり、その中、2129百万バーツのは2年から3年まで延長され、
1～12ヶ月を超過の部は94百万バーツである

④融資を受けている２グループは、ＧＬの株主であり、現在の残存価値は、担保に取られたＧＬの株式を除くと、60％、53％となっている。このままなら、約50億円程度の減損が発生する可能性がある
