Priority Income Fund, Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified, closed-end investment management company. The Company’s investment objective is to generate current income, and as a secondary objective, long-term capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in entities that in turn own a pool of senior secured loans made to companies whose debt is rated below investment grade or, in limited circumstances, unrated, which it collectively refers to as Senior Secured Loans. The Company has invested primarily in the equity and junior debt tranches of a type of pool of Senior Secured Loans known as Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO). The Company intends to invest in Senior Secured Loans directly (either in the primary or secondary markets). The Company is managed by Priority Senior Secured Income Management, LLC.
