Sunoco LP is an energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 33 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean and Europe. Its midstream operations include a network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 170 terminals. Its Fuel Distribution segment supplies fuel to customers that includes independently operated dealer and distributor stations, commission agent operators, and commercial businesses. Its Pipeline Systems segment includes an integrated pipeline and terminal network comprised of approximately 6,000 miles of refined product pipeline, approximately 6,000 miles of crude oil pipeline, approximately 2,000 miles of ammonia pipeline and 69 terminals. Its Terminals segment is composed of four transmix processing facilities and 102 refined product terminals. Its Refinery segment includes the Burnaby Refinery, which is responsible for the refining of fuel products and engaged in renewable business activities.
