＞The record date will be 5 pm New York City time on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, and the distribution date will be 5 pm on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017. MetLife, Inc. common shareholders will receive a distribution of one share of Brighthouse Financial, Inc. common stock for every 11 shares of MetLife, Inc. common stock they own as of the close of business on the July 19 record date.

英語は苦手なので何か知らんが　米メットライフは　アメリカの個人向け事業を分離し　ブライトハウス社を上場、会社規模を縮小化を図るらしい。
ついては　7月19日の株主に　1株当たり11株の株をstockして、
the distribution date will be 5 pm on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017
すると発表している。
