"Sharp increases in single-family homes in the Midwest and South, which led the jump in housing starts in December, appear unsustainable and likely reverted partially in January. We expect a 3.6% decline in national single-family housing starts," Nomura economist Lewis Alexander wrote in a note.
逆に言うと、上がってしまったらいったん利確という手もあるかな。
