Konami & Central Sports Corp. made good Business moves, closing smaller & no-profit landholdings. With other good business decisions. Renaissance hasn't.stability of the company is important, and not believe this was done because of company small business changes. Nikkei 700 causes this, not Renaissance's business plan for the future. Fools their money part. Their business mistakes still exist still caused future problems. Smart people know when to take the money and leave others well don't. I want to make money and I do. How? because I buy stocks that have good business strategies.
